financings, development entitlements and planning, dispositions, leasing and workouts.
Michael Fralin focuses his practice on representing owners, borrowers and lenders in transactions
involving commercial properties throughout the United States.
Michael Fralin has recently assisted clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, mezzanine,
mortgage and bridge loans, preferred equity and joint venture transactions as well as
financing workouts involving significant litigation. Michael Fralin has a proven track record of
counseling clients in connection with the closing of large complex transactions.
Michael Fralin received his law degree from Boston College Law School. Michael Fralin received
a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan where he graduated from the LSA Honors College.
