He has over 12 years of experience originating mortgage loans secured by large commercial real estate projects including shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, industrial buildings and multi-family properties, with a particular emphasis on multi-property transactions and loans intended for CMBS securitizations (both single-asset and pools). He also regularly advises clients on the origination of mezzanine loans and preferred equity in commercial real estate investments. In addition, Michael Fralin has extensive experience in the purchase, sale, restructuring and assumption of performing and non-performing commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans.
